客户端 Tool 展示插件。`ui-conversation` 会按顺序把每个 `tool-call` Conversation Node 分发到 `conversation.chat.node` 中匹配的 key；本包负责渲染它的根节点和 Code Dispatch 子节点，然后通过带 key 的 `tool.call.toolview` 插槽分发每一次原子调用。未注册的 Tool 名称使用通用卡片。
